TRADE SHOW AND TRAVEL PLANNING

First and foremost, we needs someone to assist with out company conferences. Our company attends about a dozen conferences a year. We need someone with experience to handle all aspects of this work. Learning about upcoming tradeshows. Getting us registered. Booking hotels and flights. Printing materials. Shipping materials. Etc.

You will be responsible for tracking and meeting all upcoming deadlines.

We are keeping this description short, because you really should know what this entails and what we need assistance with.

OPERATION TEAM MEMEBER

To make this a full-time position, when you are not busy on trade shows, we'll have you assist our operations team.

Responsibilities include:
. Responding to internal support tickets.
. Responding to level 1 customer support tickets.
. Trello board management
. Functional and regression testing
. Web research and data collection

We are looking people with a strong handle on technology. You don't need to know a programming language, but we better not need to teach you how to create an Excel formula or how to get past an SSL exception on one of our test environments.

Requirements:
. Work hours will need to be based in the United States workday.
. You must have remote work experience.
. You must have a strong and reliable Internet connection.
. You must have experience working for real estate or property management companies.
