Stellar Copy/Content Writer, Solid Wordpress Developer, & Strong Understanding of SEO

Firstly, I am looking for someone that is honest, friendly, and Upgrade to see actual info doesn't matter if you are male or female.

Here's how it works in summary:

1) create websites (copywriting + content + web development) for a few niches but in many cities
2) create a Google My Business (GMB) page for the map
3) optimize and rank the website + GMB with SEO
4) once the website and GMB get calls, send the calls to a business owner
5) business owner gets all of the phone calls and rents the website for a monthly fee

This is definitely not a new idea or concept.

My #1 most important need right now is for a talented copywriter to create the content for the website and for additional blog posts. The blog posts will probably just be re-writes of already published articles that are relevant.

This means your English writing skills are extremely good and that you are comfortable enough to write headlines that capture the reader's attention and makes them want to read the next line. I will help you to understand exactly what to write and we will work together on developing the perfect copy that converts.

#2 I need someone that is also highly skilled at Wordpress. We will copy an existing website to develop a few templates and we will just use the same awesome template over and over again.

By you having control of the website content and the website build, you can create an excellent website and also maintain it with additional blog posts.

#3 Strong understanding of on-site SEO. This mostly applies to the content writing and how to optimize for keywords, related keywords, LSI, if you apply to my job please make the first word of the subject: alaska, without keyword stuffing. Also this applies to writing optimized title tags, page descriptions, etc. The more you know about SEO as it relates to content, keyword research, and on-site SEO the better.

On-site SEO
Keyword research
Yoast SEO
Blogging

Bonus if you also have this skills: web development, photoshop, make videos for youtube, and can design simple logos.
