Looking for T-Shirt Designer

I am looking for a few new T-Shirt Designers. You will be working on all kinds of different kinds of Designs, including Text and Images.
You need to be able to free hand draw, not just pick graphics from stock websites, I can do that myself.
You will mostly create Designs for sites such as Spreadshirt and Merch by Amazon, however your job does of course not include uploading them there or anything like that.
You need to be able to write and understand english good enough so I can understand you and you can understand what I want you to do.

I will tell you what designs I want, I do not expect you to come up with designs on your own. However, some creativity is definitely a plus.

I am paying $2 per Design, and you can make up to 10 Designs per day, excluding weekends, so 50 Designs per week, resulting in >$400 per month.
