Marketing Associate for Short Term Vacation Rental Management Company

Seph by EasyTen Ltd. is a Japan-based property management company that manages over 400+ properties across Japan, China and New Zealand. We are now opening a branch in Manila and we're looking for an amazing Marketing Associate to join our growing company!

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from vacation rental platforms.
- Send messages to potential clients.
- Help customer service team with production.
- Client engagement.
- Account Management and Support
- Marketing the brand on different platforms
- Brand promotion
- Strong creativity and willing to try new methods
- Pitching and approaching clients and customers in Manila, Tokyo, Auckland

Qualifications:
- Must be fluent with English, knowledge with Mandarin/Japanese Language is a plus.
- Must be persistent and very hard working.
- Customer Service is experience is a plus but not required.
- Home Office Location is at Edsa cor Shaw Blvd.
- Can work under pressure
- Can start ASAP
