JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with Social Media Experience.

You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to multiple influencers, storyboarding, live posting with engaging captions that align with the brand, working with our Multimedia Artist & Video editor to help deliver content & manage projects.

Your English speaking & writing must be excellent - This is because you will be responsible for managing several social media accounts and assisting with storyboarding for content creation

HOURS: Majority of the time (at least 1/2 the day eg. 3pm) you will be working during New York City (USA) hours. For the rest of the hours, it can be flexible towards Philippine time (eg. 10pm onwards). This is really important since you will be attending phone conferences with the CEO and scheduling some calls with influencers during USA hours.

This job requires a lot of dedication, time management, and hard-work. This isn't an eight-hour clock in type of job. You will learn A LOT by working with the CEO directly especially with branding & growing social media accounts. Expect to work a lot the first few months since you will also need to take time & learn. I am looking for someone that wants to work long-term and will want to grow with the company.

Bonus structured based on performance.

SOCIAL MEDIA

• Identify & reach out to Influencers for Home Décor, Health & Wellness, Food Bloggers, and in other genres. You will be responsible in setting up calls with them through UberConference to discuss what they are required to do for the assigned brand (We will train you)
• Live Postings on Instagram and Facebook that map to engaging captions.
• Prospect new business & setting up meetings
• Conceptualize Storyboards for Travel & Food Related pages
(Hospitality/Lifestyle)
• Stay up-to-date with any social media trends & create on-going blog posts in regards to Social Media or New York City/Travel events
• Social Media Community Management among several accounts
• Collaborate with our Video Developers to create storyboards for a variety of different niches (Travel/Food/Places/Home Décor)

REPORTING
• Create reports by gathering data from all social media platforms for specific accounts. Analyzing and interpreting data in a cohesive form

ADMIN
• Other Admin Related Tasks
• Organizing Dropbox
• Managing our CRM Tool

WEB DEVELOPMENT
-Installing & maintaining wordpress (optional)
