Graphic designer

I'm looking for a graphic designer to turn around web banners, email banners and website graphics quickly. I need designers who can turnaround designs within a few hours for very simple requests, and within 24-48 hours for more complex projects.

I provide the creative direction, assets (images) and inspiration, so it's very clear what the deliverable should look like.
