Shirt Designer / Illustrator

Hello
I'm searching for a motivated and reliable shirt Designer who works in a group of 4 people.
You need Experience in Shirt Designing and Illustrations.
I need about 75 Shirts/Week and can pay 250$/Month

I need the Designs in the Format .svg, .esp and .png. The designs have to be completely self-created. I do not accept copies or templates. This is checked with every design!
The Shirt's will be uploadet on differnt plattforms like Spreadshirt, MBA and Redbubble.

The job is initially for 2 months, With good performances this will be extended and the salary increased to $ 300
