Real Estate Virtual Assistant

This job is very simple, all you will be doing is posting ads of different properties for sale/lease on a website called Kijiji. Basically, potential clients check this website to look for properties for sale near them, and your job will be to post ads of these properties and leave my contact information so that they can contact me. My goal is to find clients and you can help me do that by posting many ads on this website on a regular basis. I will be showing you how to post the ads on the platform and then from there it will be your job to post a minimum of 120 ads a day, everyday. Each ad takes no more than 1 minute to post once you get used to it. That means you will be only working maximum 2-3 hours a day which is around 15-20 Upgrade to see actual info the beginning, you will be paid 150 USD a month. As you work with us for more time, we will give you VERY BIG Bonuses, and increase your salary more and more. The most important traits we look for in our team members is responsibility, work ethic, dedication, positive attitude, quick communication with me, and HONESTY.

The following skills/experience is highly preferred:

- Familiar with how to use MLS
- VA experience
- Worked for a real estate company or realtor
- handling multiple marketing websites such as Kijiji, MLS, Airbnb, VRBO, Craigslist, Zillow, and more
- Good english writing and communication skills
- Fast internet and laptop
