Looking for a VA that can handle E-Commerce tasks for Amazon & Shopify stores

Your tasks will include the following....
-Interacting with customers on Amazon and Shopify responding to customer complaints, returns/refunds, answering customer questions about products etc.
-Creating message templates for auto-email campaigns asking customers for reviews, announcing deals on products, giveaways & prizes etc.
-Commenting on customer reviews on Amazon, thanking customers for reviews and giving advice or recommendations on the product if needed.
-Dealing with negative customer feedback & getting incorrect negative feedback removed from Amazon
-Making sure shipments on Amazon arrive with all units and none missing
-Creating removal orders on Amazon for defective or returned products Amazon won't sell anymore
-Daily posts on our social media accounts for content and engagement, acquiring more followers and post engagement is your job, along with daily blog posts on our FB account and Shopify blogs
-Basic SEO knowledge for content writing on the blog posts
-PPC research on Amazon products, I will instruct you exactly how to do this and the steps to follow before creating our PPC campaigns
-Keyword research and optimization on Shopify stores
-Social bookmarking by posting correctly on sites like Reddit which help with backlinks and optimizing our site with Google.
-Product research looking for new products and gathering data for Amazon using the tools we have purchased
-Making sure inventory does not run out and warning us of all products that need to be replenished soon or how long we have until they will run out (all data provided by Amazon)
-Informing us when shipments are arriving at Amazon or if something is wrong


This is a large list of tasks but many of them are not daily tasks and can be finished quickly with weekly upkeep. We will be teaching you exactly how to respond to customers and giving you a list of repsonses for different issues, along with teaching you how to look for new products, do Amazon ad campaigns, give you content to start with Social Media posts and anything else you may need.

The beginning will be a 1 month trial period to make sure the tasks are completed on time and in the correct way that was asked of you. We will give you 1 or 2 tasks in the beginning, then start adding more tasks after those are completed correctly.

If everything goes well and we are satisfied with the work, we will be looking to hiring you full-time 5 days a week. At the end of each week we will ask for a list of tasks completed with a timeline for each task. So that way we can see everything that was completed on which day and how long it took to complete so we know to give you more or less work.
