JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for potential candidates for Human Resource Specialist. We will start a probation as a part-time job to see if you are a good fit for us. If all is good we will convert you into full time.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate recruiting effort effectively for the hiring of professional positions
- Able to Interview, Shortlist and negotiate Rate with Candidate
- Coordinate advertising placement in an effective manner, manage the effective use of recruitment
- Track statistic and prepare periodic report of recruiting activity
- Responsible for the recruitment activities and ensure the resource requirements of the organization are met.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Ideally with a Human Resources or related degree
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in recruitment is required
- Knowledge in HR and project management
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be honest, dependable, and able to meet deadlines

Flexible to work on USA or Filipino times.
Flexibility to work on weekends if required.
Being able to answer to a project manager.
Being able to work in a team.
