WordPress Programmer, PHP, MySQL, AJAX, PSD to WP Conversions

I need a PHP, MySQL, and AJAX expert able to build and update websites and plugins for Wordpress. Also must be able to convert PSD to Wordpress Themes. The candidate must be able to solve problems independently and write and speak very good English. You must have advanced experience with the following: PHP, MySQL, AJAX, CSS (including CSS 3), JQuery, Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla. Must be able to login to hosting and install software and create databases and setup email accounts. Must be willing to learn systems such as BigCommerce, Zen Cart and Magento. I will pay for training time when necessary. You will be required to provide a daily report of all work activities through our Project Management System on Basecamp.
