JOB OVERVIEW

We are a USA based online business specializing in launching, growing, and scaling a website dedicated to the sport of Pickleball.

We are looking for a hard working, friendly individual to join our team. You will be helping with many of our most important tasks including WordPress website management + blog content creation + social media management.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Interest in sports and desire to learn plenty about Pickleball (IMPORTANT!)
- Full-time availability required: 40 hours / week
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Good understanding of managing a WordPress website
- Must have 3 years plus work experience
- Must be available to work full time
- Must be available to communicate with us in Central Standard Time

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Keen attention to details
- Must have fast and reliable internet
- Must have a reliable working computer
- Must have good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Must respond to communication fast during work hours
- Must be available online 8 hours a day
- Must be compliant to use time tracker
- No agencies or freelancers

SALARY:
- $500 USD per Month
- Monthly payout (First two months are paid weekly)

A bit more information about the position:

• Website Management
- Research for blog posts
- Research and website updates on location info of 5,000 locations already listed on our website
- Post blog posts to website
- Moderate comments + forum discussions on website

• Writing
- Strong writing skills which require limited proofreading
- Content is to be posted on website as blog posts

• Social Media Marketing
- Use social media to drive additional traffic to website
- Use social media to organically increase number of likes, followers, etc.
- Use Buffer to schedule posts
- Facebook experience most important, but may work on other social networks

• Graphics & Multimedia
- Ability to use create graphics for blog posts and social media using Canva
- Photoshop experience a bonus but not required
- Strong grasp on resizing images + understanding file sizes/types

• Customer Service & Admin Support
- Social Media Moderation
