We are a well-established marketing and publicity agency in the United States. We represent various clients from independent artists to celebrities and major consumer brands. We're currently expanding and looking for someone to join us on a full-time basis.
Account Manager - Roles and responsibilities:
* Manage multiple marketing campaigns
* Submit press releases to network of newsrooms and wires
* Provide/post campaign status updates for clients
* Research online media outlets within the project genre
* Set up client OneSheet drafts
* Provide detailed daily reports of daily progress
* Any additional tasks as specified
Skill set:
* Project management experience
* Excellent English skills - both written and verbal communications
* Confident and professional on the phone
* Recognizes how crucial the day to day tasks is for our company
* Capacity to represent the client in a highly professional manner
* Calm, collected and knows how to deal efficiently with key people in an organization
* Fast learner and a quick thinker
* Capable of learning more and assuming more complex tasks as you go along fulfilling this role
* Highly organized with keen attention to details
* Strong admin skills
Requirements:
* Courteous and professional in all correspondence
* No downtime - must have access to reliable power supply + fast computer and high-speed internet
* Tech-savvy preferably with using new apps in the cloud (Google Apps etc)
* Willing to work 9am-5pm, US Central Standard Time (CST) Monday - Friday | 10pm-6am local time
* Committed, mature and can become an integral part of the company for long-term
