Hours are flexible but we ask that you commit to a weekly dayshift schedule so that we can start of our mornings with all files ready to go. Some flexibility is available as to time but a start time between 7AM and 10 AM your time is ideal. You will work from your home office to start, possible future in office location.

The Job:
As our Corel Draw Specialist, you will help standardize all of our templates with complete information for each product. You will also set up jobs for our warehouse to run the following day with personalized text on each order. Attention to detail is critical as is common sense to recognize common misspelled words or errors.
Some customer service skills are preferred as you will be responsible for drafting emails for orders that need more information or have issues and resolving this in a systematic way.
We’re looking for a smart, well-organized, driven person who has excellent corel draw skills as well as English writing skills and thrives on taking pride in their work.
Our ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail and is familiar with personalized products, or engraving. You have excellent online skills and a thorough understanding of Corel Draw, combined with communication skills for when you need to ask our engraving head for additional information about an order or product. You are SUPER ORGANIZED and can help create a naming structure for files and organize them so that everything can be found quickly. You have Dropbox experience. You are extremely flexible as we are a growing business and still figuring out all of our systems and able to work independently while a being a cooperative team member.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for converting all of our existing files to a new standardized format in Corel Draw
Responsible for setting up all jobs for the following day and marking any orders with issues or artwork for review
Working quickly and deliver an average of 50 jobs set up per day in offseason and up to 300 jobs per day in November/December
Learn to navigate our website and multiple internal software systems
Learn our engraved products and assist in setting up new products weekly.
Maintain a positive attitude throughout all customer and team interactions

Qualifications:
Organized
Proactive & able to ask questions when unsure
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude
Proficient in Corel Draw, Google Docs / Sheets / Excel / Slack and generally tech-savvy
Experience with Magento or other Shopping Cart and OMS
Experience with personalized items and e-commerce

This is a full-time contract-to-permanent position. 90 Day review period. Salary (USD): $650 per month, or $8450 yearly (including 13th-month pay bonus). $325 paid 10th and 25th of every month.
