We are looking for a VA who can take care of our eBay, Shopify and Amazon customer service.
You should have at least 1 year experience in most of the following:
1. Answering Amazon customer questions via seller central
2. Understanding of how to deal with promotion codes (create, use, send, etc)
3. Responding to customer reviews
4. Turning seller feedback into reviews
5. Managing
6. Experience working on ebay answering questions, modifying listings
7. Experience answering non-amazon support
8. Navigate shopify (check orders, edit listings, upload photos, upload blogs)
9. Edit/update amazon listings (pictures, titles, bullets, back end)
You should have at least some understanding of how to:
10. Find an order id based on a person's name
11. Match a review to an order id
12. Talk with seller support on fixing problems
13. Fix quality alerts
