Accountant - CPA

SoCo Tax & Cloud Accounting is a fast growing cloud-based accounting firm. We are headquartered in Los Angeles and serve clients throughout the Upgrade to see actual infoERNAL ACCOUNTANT
You will be responsible for our firm's accounting, billing, accounts receivable, reporting, financial forecasts, KPI's, job costing, client profitability reports, business dashboard, and other assigned projects. You will construct a business dashboard and provide regular reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Direct report to the CEO.

This is a great opportunity for an accountant to work in a multi-client environment that has a fast-pace, demanding challenges, and a sense of accomplishment from a job well done. You must deliver excellence in all you do. Multi-client experience required - preferably with U.S. based companies.

The accounting team member must have GURU level skills with Excel, significant experience with QuickBooks Online and Xero, QuickBooks Desktop, and the ability to meet deadlines with accuracy. CPA highly desired.

We are expanding offshore team in the Philippines to support our client service functions, administration, marketing and sales, and perform accounting work for clients.

All team members must have reliable, fast internet that can handle frequent video calls and VOIP. You should have a dedicated workspace to minimize distractions. All staff must be available during US business hours.
