We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.
• Experience with QuickBooks (preferably QucikBooks Online) and Accrual Accounting.
• Perform general bookkeeping duties, including posting information to accounting software and regularly reconciling accounts.
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including P/L & Balance Sheet, consistent with GAAP.
• Send Invoices and keep track of monthly accounts receivable.
• Provide administrative support to management when required.
