WHO YOU WILL BE

You will contribute in the internal management of our brand, understanding our customers and having direct communication with them, knowing what they want and what they’re looking for, and creating images & designs that draw traffic to our brand and its products. We need both your deep insight on customer perception and your creative design skills. We need your talent to make our online business not only look good more but also be strategically positioned.

We need your creativity and analytical skills in understanding internal company marketing data and strategizing how our brand image and designs should respond to our evolving consumer demands.
Therefore, you will work in various crucial areas for a start-up company, and you will experience a lot of new things with our team and learn amazing cutting-edge techniques from our colleagues.

You are an Internal Marketing and Operations Manager with:
• Experience with customer service
• Skills in designs and tools like Photoshop and Illustrator
• Interest and/or familiarity with video marketing and other marketing concepts
• Good analytical and comprehension skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks
• Strong team & partnership skills
• Quality written and verbal communication skills
• Driven and results-oriented
• Fluent in English

ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS

You need to have a sufficient level of skill in English writing, speaking and comprehension to be able to contribute to the Upgrade to see actual info’s the most important requirement at the moment because all communication is done in English. To speak the Dutch and/or Chinese language is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

YOUR WORK SET UP

Full-time: 8hrs/day - 5 days/week
3 months trial
Starting salary is $650/month
One year contract with extension of two year contract
Opportunity to work from Netherlands for one month in a year
You work from your own location
Fast internet connection is required and a must.
