Job Summary:
- Perform VA administrative tasks to our US clients
Qualifications:
- Well experienced on Amazon PPC and sponsored ads
- Must know overall Amazon optimization
- Experience in Word Press, Vimeo, You Tube and posting to social media
- Experience with website analytics and keyword searches
- Help manage contacts
- Send
- Create Excel Directory of business people
- With experience on Evernote
- VA should be proactive and needs to be always in coordination with the client
Requirements:
- Has worked in a consulting firm
- Excellent organizational skills
- Degree in Office Management or any related course
- With 1- 3 years experience as VA
- Knowledgeable in MS office application and G Suite
- Good English communication skills
- With stable internet connection
- Amenable to work on Pacific Standard Time
- Willing to use Time Tracker
