WordPress Expert

We are looking for an eager, confident and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. Stretch your wings in our fast paced full service design, web and marketing agency based in Sydney, Australia.

Work closely with our Sale and Account Management Team in a close-knit team environment, executing WordPress development enhancements, providing support and updates for our clients. Your role will be vital in the execution and management of our WordPress websites. We are after someone who can communicate well, shows initiative, and is confident in providing recommendations on how something should be developed.

Your role won’t just focus on WordPress development, it will include content updates across multiple PHP Content Management Systems.

What you will bring to the team:
Proven hands on experience in WordPress
PSD or Sketch to HTML development to WP
Experience developing new features and functionality to existing WP websites
Experience putting websites live from start to finish
The ability to manage plugin and WP updates
A knack for project management
Skills in managing a workflow to ensure work is completed in priority order
An understanding of SEO
Analytical skills and a strategic mindset
Communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Your background will preferably include:
At least 4 years experience in a WordPress development role
A strong understanding of all backend systems relating to WP websites
Ability to build Wordpress sites from scratch
UI & UX experience desired
Web design experience desired
A proven understanding of Google Analytics
