The Role
In the midst of a digital transformation and brand launch, we are searching for the best in class Digital Designer who will deliver leading-edge branding, user interfaces and user experiences digital solutions.

The successful candidate to gain exposure to working with a range of stakeholders to support them in the management and delivery of all creative and visual design services. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work alongside our internal & offshore creative/marketing team. You'll be responsible for developing original concepts, executing designs based on style guides (which you will develop) and developing detailed design specs for production.

The perfect candidate:
-has a strong understanding of branding, be passionate about staying true to the brand and help evolve our brand to the next level of maturity;
-has ownership of the design process from early stage concepts right through to final product;
-approaches every project, big or small, with enthusiasm to create great experiences that encompasses the distinctive look and feel;
-has proven understanding of typography, layout, colour and grid structures;
-is experienced in creating web-optimised assets;
-works closely with the Marketing Manager to creating and providing a creative direction for team;
-works collaboratively with cross functional teams to generate and validate design concepts and solutions through frequent co-design; and
-engages and builds strong relationships with people across all areas of the business.

The Person
As a digitally savvy and talented individual, you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be happy to get involved in various projects across the business. Your flexibility, can do approach to tasks and your superior design skills will allow you to successfully partner with the business, while using your initiative and judgement to work through tasks and provide the support required.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills/ experience:
-Minimum 3 years hands-on experience delivering digital assets;
-An up-to-date portfolio showcasing 5 of your best visual design work that greatly represent you as a creative designer;
-Advanced proficiency in Adobe Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects).
-Solid appreciation for branding;
-Fast and efficient with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy;
-Strong communication skills & desire to learn;
-Technically savvy with the ability to grasp new technologies quickly;
-Proven experience of positively delivering design product solutions for multiple clients/brands across a range of digital platforms and mediums;
-Knowledge of the latest UX design standards.
-Can work independently and prioritise accordingly;
-Fantastic understanding of design principles;
