Full-Time Support Manager

We are an Australian based fitness company looking for an Expert Support and Member Success Manager to join our young, extremely ambitious and fast-paced team.

If so, we’re an Australian based fitness company looking for an Expert Support and Member Success Operative.

Your role will be to handle some incoming messages from our members who are looking to excel as athletes, run the back-end processing of the businesses, and be the lead analyst to help the team understand how they are performing against our key Upgrade to see actual infot only that, you’ll be required to keep the wheels turning on the general activities of the business while on your watch, which are small and task based (most of the time) but you love that sense of completion and knowing no-one can do it better than you.


We'll give you all the product knowledge training you need if you're the right person; you’ll be part of a team in this role and happily work as a part of it; you’ll be working on Australian Eastern Standard time, you’ll need to be adaptable and move with ease from task to task and you have to be able to research a task or content and provide the right answer, every time.


You know a lot of people will read this and think this is for them, but you know they’re pretenders. You’re the real deal and you have the reasons to back it up.
The only prerequisite beyond this is your spoken and written English is excellent, and you're ready to grow as an individual.
