**MARKETING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT**

Connected Women Jobs is a social impact startup that aims to empower Filipinas with work-from-home career opportunities while supporting the growth of women-led businesses globally.

Our client is presently in need of a Marketing VA:

Responsibilities:
- Will support multiple internal digital marketing activities
- Will implement important marketing strategies that will help the company move forward, grow its brand name, client base, and revenues.

General Marketing tasks:
- Conduct research online and find potential clients based on target market
- Creating marketing copy and blog content for attracting and converting leads
- Following up interested customers, answering frequently asked questions

Social Media Management:
- Handle multiple social media channels
- Scheduling of posts, answering to comments, actively engaging with users


Email Marketing:
- Use of email marketing programs to create and send marketing emails (Mailchimp, etc.)

Skills required:
- With experience in using the following tools:
- Hootsuite or other social media management tools
- Mailchimp or other email marketing tools
- Communication tools such as Skype, Slack, etc.
- With experience in content editing through Wordpress
- Analytical skills – must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Focus and attention to detail
- Creativity - Ability to generate creative ideas

Good to have:
- Someone with design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and the like) is an advantage
- SEO and Google Analytics background is an advantage

Working schedule:
- This is a full-time, long term role.
- Working hours to be agreed directly with the client
