Experienced MLM Recruiters (Job 2: CryptoTab)

I'm hiring any and all people who wish to have a means of good income coming into their home! As there's a pretty good chance I can hire you right on the spot as soon as you answer this ad.

Absolutely required (scaled in order of urgency): Fluent English speaker and writer, Mostly any type of experience and skill that can help find others to join a company and its network. However, ALL types of workers are welcome to join as anyone's skills can come in handy at some point at this stage.

Job: I am the creator and owner of an organization known as Lucre Caliber and I am looking to hire employees who know their way around recruiting others and generating leads towards gaining memberships to MLMs, whether that be through marketing on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, locally, or through other creative means of getting referrals. The sign up for this certain company is free, so while this is the case, I need marketers who can find people interested in making passive income through mining Bitcoin on their browser for free.

The job is simple here, as the more people I get signed up in my referral for CryptoTab, a plugin for your Google Chrome browser that lets you mine Bitcoin for free, the more I am able to pay all participating recruiters for helping me get to such numbers. This is how this will work, you need a LOT of referrals in Cryptotab to actually make some relevant income, and we're talking tens of thousands of referrals to make REALLY good passive income. I need to get these numbers, as this will help fund many other projects for the organization's future without anyone having to pay any money to do so (except me of course to those who will be recruiting these referrals)

I need ACTIVE referrals who will continue to mine for Bitcoin from their browser on Max settings whenever they get the chance (most likely when they step away or when they're asleep or something) The more active referrals, the more money I will receive, which means the more money all active recruiters will receive. You will get paid on how many you manage to bring in and remain actively mining. The ultimate goal is for me to reach $500 a day, which will be around tens of thousands of referrals, but it can be done. This is why I need really good marketers and experienced MLM recruiters who can manage to do this.

Pay: THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF PAY THE EMPLOYEE WILL GET! PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION!!! This is a very important matter so please hang onto every detail I'm about to mention. The pay is done purely off of work completed, so the more people that get brought in by an employee, the more that employee is to get paid.

If done correctly, you are looking at several hundred a month easily, we're talking $500 a week or more. But you won't get paid until you start bringing in referrals, and a LOT of them, not just a few. Each referral would be roughly around $0.05 weekly per referral, but it would be guaranteed income for life at the very least (which means it is infinitely going up for each person you bring in) This is because the program is for free, so the payout is smaller at first until you get more referrals.

Contact: Most likely I will want to stay in contact with the worker for a good portion of their working hours. I don't want them to think I'm watching them like a hawk haha, this is simply to get to know them better and hopefully build a healthy and trusting relationship. I prefer to know the people that I work with when it comes to my business, I'm sure that's understandable.

Requirements: I require that all employees have an email they can access, will sign up for CryptoTab upon being hired, and download the program known as Discord.

Discord: This will be used to keep in touch with one another. Though Skype is useful, Discord is better at group chats as well as allowing staff to have access to new materials right on the spot than Skype, as they use different channels within the same group.
