Experienced MLM Recruiters (Job 1: Travelada)

I'm looking for any and all experienced MLM recruiters that will help me get my downline filled with paying memberships. The free sign up job offering is now closed, I am only accepting those who are truly experienced in getting results from both advertising or/and recruiting and getting referrals.

Absolutely required (scaled in order of urgency): Fluent English speaker and writer, Mostly any type of experience and skill that can help find others to join a company and its network.

Job: I am the creator and owner of an organization known as Lucre Caliber and I am looking to hire employees who know their way around recruiting others and generating leads towards gaining memberships to MLMs of other companies, whether that be through marketing on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, locally, or through other creative means of getting referrals. This company in particular that we're recruiting for is known as Travelada, a traveling MLM company that gives very huge discounts on travel-related expenses, entertainment venues, and shopping entities. They also give an amazing passive income opportunity through both the MLM program and buying Bitcoin packages that will double the purchaser's money within only 3 months. The sign up for full ISA membership for Travelada will no longer be paid for on our end, each recruit you find will need to be aware that they are paying the $100 fee in order to become a member and the $70 monthly fee to remain active.

$50 per commission
$25 monthly (for each person who successfully pays their monthly fee within your downline)

So this is how this is going to work, I need recruiters and marketers who can get people to sign up under my referral, and upon getting them to fully sign up, that employer who successfully brought them in will be getting $30 out of that commission and $20 of the monthly pay. You do not get paid if you do not bring in paying referrals, this is a really important note to make, as I can not pay you without those successful signups of full ISA memberships, NOT free ones. If 10 paying referrals are reached by an employee, then their own Travelada ISA membership will be paid for. Employees will also have the opportunity to sign up for free to hold a slot within the Travelada company. At some point, your full membership WILL be paid for from Lucre Caliber's own funds, but it won't be until the end of this year or the beginning of next year, depending on how successful this recruitment phase goes. There will also be many other bonuses from the Lucre Caliber organization if recruitment is successful, as you will be the sole reason many other branches of our organization will be opened and can provide more jobs for the masses. (web designing, coding, graphic designing, marketing, virtual assistants, etc.) So if you are successful here, you will continue making the company grow for better opportunities for others.

If done correctly, you are looking at several hundred a month easily, we're talking $500 a month or more in a short amount of time. You're also looking at pay upfront for each person that you recruit, so this is where the large bonuses come in. All of these details will be fully discussed when the applicant contacts me.

Contact: Most likely I will want to stay in contact with the worker for a good portion of their working hours. I don't want them to think I'm watching them like a hawk haha, this is simply to get to know them better and hopefully build a healthy and trusting relationship. I prefer to know the people that I work with when it comes to my business, I'm sure that's understandable.

Requirements: I require that all employees have an email they can access, a working phone number, and download these programs and are set up upon being hired: Discord and being prepared to sign up to get paid.

Discord: This will be used to keep in touch with one another. Though Skype is useful, Discord is better at group chats as well as allowing staff to have access to new materials right on the spot than Skype, as they use different channels within the same group.

HOWEVER, simply by signing up for a slot within the company, they will be guaranteed monthly payment from their back office months later after we reach a certain amount of members. Loyalty will be paid handsomely and the more work that is being achieved here, a.k.a. the more people being recruited during this exclusive offer, the faster they can get paid hundreds of dollars at a time. Keep in mind also that the more people that get recruited, the much better chance I will add in hourly wages along with the combination of the upfront pay per person being recruited and the monthly wages already promised. If this is a successful recruitment phase, bonuses will be given out to all proven employees.
