Business Summary & Who I am

My name is Shahbaz Mirza from the United Kingdom, and I am the owner of www.shahbazmirza.com; I am a blogger, speaker, life coach and author. The main purpose of my business is to add value to other people through writing blogs on personal development, leadership, creativity, productivity, inspiration, faith and business. I also speak at a variety of events on a variety of topics such as how to combat fear, how to progress in life and be successful. In addition I am currently writing a book called “Vision”.

My business exists, currently as myself as the CEO. I blog on my own, write speeches, write books, manage social media, manage all my administration tasks, website, email marketing, seo, graphics, video, content, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and many other tasks.
This is difficult for me as this is not my full time job, my full time career is actually being an Auditor and Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers – the Number 1 Accountancy Firm in the world.

The Purpose of My Business:
My business is not really a business; it is a passion of mine which is dear to me. I am proud of it and it is very important and precious. I dedicate all my spare time dedicating to helping others to succeed in life and to inspire them to take action to work harder and lead a better life of great purpose.

Assistants Role & Responsibilities:
The role of the assistant is to manage the day to day tasks which I would normally do. Here are a list of the responsibilities in different categories.

Website:
1) Have good knowledge of Word press websites and plug-ins to make changes to website and improve the website also.
2) Have great knowledge of SEO with regards to submitting website to backlinks, bookmarking, improving seo of website, using google keywords, meta tags.
3) Have knowledge of email marketing, sending out an email newsletter once a week using my mail chimp account (can provide training).

Blog:
1) Have excellent writing skills in English and be able to blog on my website, once a week, in relation to the content I blog about.
2) Contact other bloggers to see if I can write a guest blog on their blog.
3) Commenting on other bloggers blogs to increase awareness of who I am.
4) Carry out research on competitors blogs (I can provide competitor list) to see what is best practice.

Social Media:
1) Update my facebook page twice a day. Use facebook graph search to find similar people in my area to follow and get in contact with for networking. Increase facebook likes through running facebook ads and promotions. Responding to comments.
2) Update my twitter status 8 times a day. Increase the amount of followers on my twitter and following other people in my sector of leadership, writing and blogging. Responding to tweets. Using hash tags to increase my presence on twitter.
3) LinkedIn. Posting links on LinkedIn twice a day. Either from my blog or other peoples blogs or great articles online. Joining groups on linkedin and posting links in those groups also. Increase number of connections on linkedin.
4) YouTube: Finding ways to increase my number of subscribers on YouTube. Sending messages to other users on YouTube to check out my video. Commenting on other peoples videos in the same business nature as me to increase my online presence. Increasing my YouTube video rankings and SEO for video.
5) Google+: Posting twice a day on google+ the same update as what would be posted on facebook. Increase number in circles and following other people. Commenting on other posts of people who are similar to me. Finding google+ hangouts and conferences which I can attend from people in my field.
6) Carrying out research actively on how to increase social media presence.
Note 1: The increase in social media presence must be done properly not buying likes or followers, or I will find out.
Note 2: I will provide where you can get the content to update the social media outlets
Note 3: You must update the social media accounts according to the time where I live in London not in Philipinnes

Design & Video:
1) Be able to produce graphic designs of products and nice images with quotes on them if possible.
2) Be able to produce videos if possible.
3) Ability to edit images or video also if possible.

Administration:
1) Be able to produce very nice pdf reports on tasks which I give to them.
2) Be good at researching topics and issues and producing good reports based on the research.
3) Have good Microsoft excel skills.
4) Have excellent skills in producing Microsoft PowerPoint slides (if possible).
5) Any other admin tasks.
6) Be able to follow training provided and learn it to a high degree and implement it into my business.
