Senior Email Marketing Specialist

We will have an office in Metro Manilla around Makati / BGC area, however, for now, this is going to be an online position initially but this will change fast to an in-office position Please note we will need you to be able to commit to an office in the future which will be located in one of the two areas above.

We are looking for an A-star Senior Email Marketing Specialist who is unflappable and self-motivated, you must have excellent communication expertise with a creative, strategic approach. As well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced growing startup environment. You will be responsible for developing and managing marketing programs for initially email only.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
- Managing trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales.
- A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective results for our clients.
- MVT Testing on email marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry.
- Directing and maintaining a marketing strategy that aligns with our clients' goals
- Managing & creation of campaigns to ensure everything is aligned with our strategy and clients goals as well as
- Monitoring & constant improvement of email campaigns for clients
- Constant assessment of flows & campaigns for optimization of future campaigns & current flows.
- Generate weekly reports to analyze the performance of our clients emails

Requirements:
- Able to display fast results and meet strict deadlines without exceptions
- Strong project management skills & experience
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong experience in an Email Marketing Management position where you have met our responsibilities requirements before
- Strong communication both written & verbal
- A passion for this and ability to fit into a hustle work culture

Ideal background:

- Excellent communication both verbally and written
- At three years prior experience in Email Marketing
- Meets & has done similar to our criteria above
