Website Designer / Developer

We are building a team - we already have an SEO Specialist - now looking for a Website Designer / Developer.
Your duties will involve - but not limited to
Designing mock-ups for clients
Providing templates for our clients to use for ideas - then customise a site using those ideas
Our main platforms are wordpress and woo-commerce
Must be able to create e-commerce sites
Must have an understanding around Social Media Marketing and SEO - as your tasks may involve some SEO if we dont have any websites to design etc

We Pay Fortnightly - Direct to your bank account
We offer a base salary 15000 PHP p/mth - but we set targets - if you exceed them - you get bonuses - there is not set period for a bonus - if you exceed the work load in your target - we pay the bonus the following month

When designing our sites, we will give you ideas on what the client wants (i will put on a powerpoint) but we need you to have a creative mind - and come up with some out of the box ideas - we sell - YOU CREATE

We are looking at setting up an office in Davao City - Secure - fast internet - personal work space - kitchen supplies - bathrooms etc
