quick research for information I may need on the fly
Real estate tasks:
Lead generation
craigslist add posting
Flyer design / creation
Property value assessment (Will train)
Construction admin tasks:
Look up information regarding properties
Apply for building permits
Quick on the fly research
Schedule appointments
Create estimates
Process change orders
Order materials / supplies
reply to inquiries
