JOB OVERVIEW

I am a very busy Real Estate Professional needing a personal assistant who can handle a range of tasks including but not limited to:

Admin Tasks:

Answering phone calls
Follow up hone calls for clients
setting appointments
maintaining my schedule and appointments
creating word and excel documents
booking flights
ordering items online
quick research for information I may need on the fly

Real estate tasks:

Lead generation
craigslist add posting
Flyer design / creation
Property value assessment (Will train)

Construction admin tasks:

Look up information regarding properties
Apply for building permits
Quick on the fly research
Schedule appointments

Create estimates

Process change orders

Order materials / supplies

reply to inquiries
