Leads Manager - Hard Working & Dedicated $4/hr + incentives

We are a real estate investment firm located in New Jersey, USA. Our company is growing and we are looking to hire talent that can help take us to the next level. If you are motivated, have great work ethic, and are honest, then this might be the right opportunity for you.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in the Leads Manager role that has either worked for a real estate investment company or related, but will look beyond that for the right candidate. ?The overall description for this position will be: making/answering calls, updating the CRM, coordinating leads and admin work.

Must? meet the following qualifications:

Professional:
?-Expert in Podio CRM
?-Experience generating leads
-Talking to prospects
-Administrative tasks
-Computer savvy - familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
-Answer calls & upload info to CRM
-Long term opportunity & room for growth
-Setup appointments
-Analyze comparable properties
-Management experience a plus

Personal:
-?Proficient in English language
-Available to work 9am-5pm EST Monday - Friday
-Quiet space - no background noise!
-Must have strong internet connection
-Quick learner
-Must be able/willing to follow instructions
-Friendly, upbeat and outgoing personality
-Organized
