JOB OVERVIEW

We are an innovative online eCommerce company focused on Amazon eCommerce sales. We have a long track record of success and is constantly trying to improve processes to make them more efficient and prosperous.

We are looking for a qualified graphic designer that will report to our Private Labelling Team. This is a long term position and requires excellent experience designing the best products to be sold on our e-commerce websites such as Amazon & Ebay.

POSITION: GRAPHIC DESIGNER
DEPARTMENT: PRIVATE LABEL
ROLE: INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR
SALARY RANGE: Php18,000 - Php35,000

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

While a fair amount of work begins from design templates and follows our brand guidelines, the designer who will be most successful flies on auto-pilot after understanding the requirement of the process. You are strong in Photoshop, Illustrator . You build clean files. You have been on press checks. Preferably you have intermediate retouching skills like being able to change colors on a product for example. You have experience in and/or a high degree of interest in CPG (consumer product goods). You keep up to date on trends. You can take initial direction and run with it and work with feedback from peers, internal clients and the Dept Head.

Our team is looking for a designer who can wrestle through design, reviews, edits and approvals on a tight timeline without breaking a sweat. You actually enjoy finding the inconsistencies and calling them to order. You can take a variety of existing imagery and pull together new and interesting looks to make our current asset pool work for the project at hand. Digital experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Fine Arts, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
• Font articulate; can easily identify and memorize font styles
• Work driven and can easily grasp instructions
• Confident in explaining artworks to internal clients
• Preferably with 1-year work experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Operational Work Hours:

Goal is to work 8 hours a day or 40 hours in a week.
Shift is during Manila hours.
Weekends are OFF for Team Members

Benefits:

Starting Salary of PHP 18,000
Performance will be evaluated after 3 months.
Opportunity to increase by PHP 2,000 after 6 months of meeting and exceeding team leader expectations.
