We are an innovative online eCommerce company focused on Amazon eCommerce sales. We have a long track record of success and is constantly trying to improve processes to make them more efficient and prosperous.

We are looking for a qualified Amazon account manager that will report to our Private Labeling Team. This is a long term position and requires excellent mastery over the shopping websites with Amazon & Ebay.

POSITION: AMAZON ACCOUNT MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: PRIVATE LABEL
ROLE: INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR
SALARY RANGE: Php40,000 - Php60,000

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Ensure our partners are continually delighted with the service we provide them. Your goal is to turn all of our partners into advocates for us.
Quickly learn our existing service offering and make recommendations for meaningful improvement, both in how we support existing brands and how we position ourselves when speaking to prospects.
Be the nexus between our sales team and services team to seamlessly onboard new partners, develop a strategic action plan to execute growth over the long term, and succinctly communicate the ongoing value we’re delivering to our Upgrade to see actual infoernalize the goals of our partners, then translate those goals into focused, actionable sets of prioritized tasks for our Account Services team.

Requirements:
You enjoy building relationships and learning about our partners’ businesses.
You understand that your intimate knowledge of a given partner’s pain points, explicit and implicit priorities, and perception of our services are equally important as the actual work we perform for them.
You excel both at long-term strategic thinking and short-term attention to detail.
You get excited by tackling large projects, turning those projects into a detailed roadmap, and then managing those projects to successful completion.
You have a proven record of data-based decision making, and you’re comfortable using data to paint a clear and succinct picture of performance for our partners.
You have a foundational knowledge of how brands should operate on Amazon Seller Central, including:
Product Sourcing,
Finding the Right Supplier,
Search Engine Optimization,
Amazon Sponsored Ads and Promotions,

Facebook
Ads, Instagram Ads,
Inventory Management,
Customer Service,
Social Media Marketing,
Content Creation
Brand Upgrade to see actual infoventory management
Listing optimization fundamentals
Available marketing tactics
Fulfillment methods and associated unit-level profitability
High level brand strategy and competitive positioning
You’ve demonstrated prior management experience, and you can take the best practices you’ve established and scale them
You require a high standard of personal excellence, but do so without excessive ego or taking yourself too seriously

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledgeable in all Microsoft Programs, Seller Central Dashboard and paid applications such as Merchant Words, Jungle Scout, Viral Launch, Fwqzdagd.jb, Helium10, ZonPages, Seller Labs, Asana, Trello and Canva.

Operational Work Hours:

Goal is to work 9 hours a day or 45 hours in a week.
Shift is during Manila hours.
Weekends are OFF for Team Members

Training Duration:
1 week of product specific training
1 week of reports management meeting.
2 weeks to shadow reports and participate in meetings.

Benefits:

- Starting Salary of PHP 40,000
- Performance will be evaluated after 3 months.
- Opportunity to increase by PHP 5,000 after 6 months of meeting and exceeding team leader expectations.
