JOB OVERVIEW

We're currently looking for an experienced bookkeeper for our team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background and experience in Bookkeeping and Ecommerce businesses. Experience in Amazon is NOT required but PREFFERED.

Job Overview
The Candidate will have to setup systems to keep track of profits and expenses on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The creation of financial transactions includes posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The bookkeeper also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:
Job duties are included but not limited to:
• Keep track of our profits and expenses
• Create a system to report individual performance of people that generate profits
• Check Amazon inventory, reimbursements, etc to make sure we aren’t losing any money.
• Create easy to understand advanced spreadsheets to help us track all income and expenses.
• Be able to respond very quickly to financial questions in regards to Amazon.
• Create, modify financial forecasts
• Maintains and record complete and systematic set of business transactions.
• Balances ledgers, reconciles account and prepares report to show receipts, expenditures, receivable and payable.
• Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
• Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
• Calculate and issue financial analysis of the financial statements
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
• Maintain the chart of accounts and annual budget
• Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
• Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner and Issue invoices to customers
• Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
• Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
• Process payroll in a timely manner

NOTE: Experience with Amazon is NOT required BUT preferred.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral)
• At least 3 years experience in bookkeeping
• Sold ISP, Backup ISP and etc.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel
• Extensive knowledge of Mathematics
• Extensive knowledge of Google Sheets
• Can work independently and ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience setting up systems to keep track of profits and expenses
• Reliable and efficient in working and must have awesome output.
• Focused, Driven, have goals and a game plan.
• Flexibility and creativity in working is desirable.
• Good spelling, punctuation and grammar.
