T-Shirt - designers

I'm looking for creative and motivated people to design my T-Shirts.
I need some help to realize my ideas and bring them in to the right look and Upgrade to see actual info the first step I would like to have 2 examples, or drafts, to became a impression of your work. I will sent you requirements. After the litte "exam" i will decide who i want to work with.

At the end i need about 20-50 designs per week.
