We are looking for a super-star employee to work with us long-term with the ability to work full-time after a 6 month part-time testing period.

A super-star employee is able to follow directions easily, but more importantly, a super-star employee is able to complete the task even when we didn't provide detailed instructions.

For example, if I ask you to create a Google spreadsheet with 3 columns, but you have never used Google spreadsheets before - if you are a super-star then you won't email me back and tell me that you don't know how to use Google spreadsheets. You GOOGLE IT. You search on Google, you find out and you complete the task. If you can GOOGLE things and find out how to do things without emailing me back and asking for details then you are a super-star and we want you on our team!

We don't care what school or college you did or did not graduate from. We don't care about your formal education. But we expect you to be proficient in using your computer and the Internet. A Super-Star Employee has only one skill or super-power: he or she can use Google like a Upgrade to see actual info matter what new concept or new task is thrown at her - she can do anything because she can search on Google and find out.

Requirements

* Excellent verbal English skills and above average writing skills.
* Contractor must have a home office including the following requirements:
**** 15 Mbps/download and 3 Mbps/upload high-speed internet minimum but prefer 20 Mbps or more (Negotiable; If you are awesome, we will figure it out.)
**** Webcam for video call
**** RAM: 4GB of higher
* Contractor must be very detailed orientated and be able to take responsibility for tasks without continued supervision after initial training.
* A strong familiarity with technology, computers and the willingness to learn is required.
* We are looking for a happy, friendly person with a positive attitude that enjoys helping people.
* Applicant should be efficient with Microsoft and Google Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Drive and Adobe DC Acrobat.


Hours

* Work days are Monday through Friday
* Work times are 8am to 12pm US Central Timezone


ABOUT COMPENSATION:

• We pay on a weekly basis initially and will move to pay monthly
• We pay 13th month bonus
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 days per year)
