The Intrinsic Brilliance Institute, a learning & development social enterprise, seeks a full-time Community Cultivator to join its team.

Virtual Assistant meets Social Media Manager, this role is designed for an outgoing, artistic and digitally skilled polymath passionate about personal growth and igniting communities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, friendly, adapts well to change, and has impeccable Upgrade to see actual infosential tasks and skills are customer-centric thinking (empathy), graphic design (creativity), social media management (connectivity), and database management (organisation) and must be demonstrated via education or experience.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Execution of social media marketing strategies (as established by Founders).
- Creating online engagement within our community.
- Connecting with customers to ensure retention and referral rates remain high.
- Monthly content creation or curation for newsletters and social media (written articles, videos, infographics, etc.).
- Liaising with our outsourced tech team for website updates and design.

The hours are flexible and you can work from anywhere in the world, compensation is brilliant if you’re living in Southeast Asia (preferred due to time zones), and benefits include complimentary enrolment in any of our programs and retreats. We’d love an entreprenee - an employee cultivating the mindset of an entrepreneur (and getting compensated accordingly for it)!
