SUMMARY:
We are a rapidly growing, advanced technology company that deploys artificial intelligence for professional relationship development, and we are in search of talented team members who are interested in a well paying, long-term opportunity to grow and develop.
This is a a full-time home, based 40 hour / week position with overtime available as well. We pay bi-monthly with Paypal (2x / month), and always consistently pay on time.

JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a remote research analyst and data verification team member who can work with a great company full time -- 8 hours a day, five days a week. If you’re looking for a stable position with good pay, a good manager, and a great team, this is the place to do it.

Your primary focus will be as a research analyst. Our platform has tens of thousands of contacts that our customers rely on us to help them manage. To do this well, we need to ensure that the information we have about those contacts is accurate, and enrich that information with research to help them be able to sort through their networks quickly and effectively.

The work you do will be crucial to helping our users do Upgrade to see actual info will involve doing online research on social networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Angel.co), and in industry relevant databases to properly categorize contacts. As you do this, you will also be making our own platform better at doing these tasks.

While you’ll start your first few months both verifying the information we have and bringing in new information, as our platform improves, you’ll be able to grow your responsibilities by shifting towards supervising the platform and making sure the data output is correct and high quality.

We’re a fun team, and you’ll be working with us through Slack and Google Docs every day, for 8 hours a day. The work is remote, so you can do it at home. We’ll pay you hourly for the first few months (the rate will come out between $400 and $600 a month, depending on experience), and you’ll get payments weekly through Paypal.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a full time employee who can work 8 hours a day.
We’re looking for someone good, kind, motivated, smart, who we will enjoy working with.
You must have perfect fluency with English, pick up new concepts quickly, and use judgment to make logical decisions.
You must have an ability to work hard and efficiently, with very good attention to detail.
You must have reliable internet access, and be very good at searching online social networks and databases like LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Angellist, and similar platforms.

HOW TO APPLY

We want to test how good you are at following directions.

1. “Venture Capitalist”
2. “Entrepreneur”
3. “Real Estate Broker”

Put the results in a spreadsheet. Title the first column “Name”, and place the person’s name below. Title the second column “Category”, and put the category you’ve assigned the person in this column, next to their name.

We have included the person’s company (in parenthesis below) to make it easier to determine the correct profile.

Step 3: Add a third column to the spreadsheet. Title the column “LinkedIn profile”. Paste the URL of the correct LinkedIn profile for the person in this column, next to their category.

Fill out the required fields -- Full name, Email, Phone. Do not fill out the other optional Upgrade to see actual info the text box under the prompt, “Do what was asked of you in step 4 of the job application instructions”, write exactly two sentences:

“I’m interested in this position! The answer is: XXX” -- except that, instead of the “XXX”, insert the number of people in the above you categorized as “Venture Capitalist”
