Job Title: Community Coordinator
Schedule: 10 hours/week (8 am - 10 am Philippine time Mon-Fri)
VA: $175

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and multitasking Virtual Assistant with 3+ years experience in Social Media Management, Web Research, Admin support and Project management. You will need to act proactively, complete urgent tasks, work on sensitive deadlines with minimal guidance or supervision.
Details of the Responsibilities and Tasks

Online Research (Industry Research)
File organization & data entry (Google Drive + Google Sheets)
Task management (Asana, Loomio)
Social Media Template Population ( Adobe Illustrator, Primary task)
Social Media Scheduling, publish and share engaging content using buffer and Later, set specific objectives and report on activities/defined metrics.
Communicate with followers.
Reviewing/approving Facebook Group and Upgrade to see actual info.com member requests
Driving induction process for new team members Primary task (includes welcome email, setting up email account, following up on completed actions)
Posting content on the website (Squarespace)
Flagging Google Alerts and Press Mentions
Leading accountability and logistics with team member recurring activities
Manage calendars (Google cal, iCal, etc)
Manage multiple email inboxes (e.g.Google)
Skills and Experience Required

Excellent knowledge of Google apps (Good Drive, Google docs, sheets etc.)
Basic graphic design (just population)
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in Project Management Tool (ASANA - Big plus)
Experience in CRM and Customer Support applications
Experience in Buffer, Later or any social media scheduling tool
Experience in Google Alerts
Experience in Squarespace
Ability to follow written and recorded workflows
Strong attention to detail
