Videographer & Photographer/ Expert in Photoshop

We are a Canadian company looking for a professional videographer and a person with expertise in Photoshop. Must listen to tasks Upgrade to see actual infotail oriented. Will be making over 50 images per day as well as editing 2-3 videos. Must know how to make the same image different via text overlays, positioning, contrast. Effects for static image is a must. We will first be hiring Part-time, once training is complete, you will be working full time. All applicants that do not meet these requirements will get Upgrade to see actual infootoshop:

Skill testing Q: if I give you picture of a girl and shes standing infant of a brick wall and I want you to remove the brick wall and I want you to put it on a grass wall how would you do it?

Skill testing Q: if you want a logo to have a clear background, what file type does it have to be in?

Skill testing Q: Winning creative and make a variation of the ads (Christy briskly and jar) and make 5 new creatives

*Make 10 creatives, for 5 variations make it like the one we have, and 5 come up with your own 5.
