Immediate hire needed. Youtube Video Editor and Graphic designer

Looking for a creative video editor and graphic designer to join my team!
To start this would a part time position, however there is definitely possibility for this to turn into a full time position for you. I have a beauty and lifestyle Youtube channel and I am looking for someone who has creative direction in video editing and graphic design to create highly engaging and fun video content ,thumbnails and also graphic design for other platforms (banners, website, etc.)

The perfect candidate is someone who is a self starter, hard working and out of the box thinker that can do more than their job description. I’d also love to work with someone who can also deliver and come up with some creative video ideas.

Main job requirements:
-Edit 2-3 videos a week
-Editing style: some videos will be easy vlog style fun, upbeat type videos with text and graphic overlays, others cinematic style; some makeup tutorials , talking videos, travel videos, etc.
-Add music, sound-effects, transitions, titles, motion graphics, short animations for the video, such as Like/Follow/Subscribe etc.
-You’re main job is to edit the videos and thumbnails based on the footage i provide for you- create an entertaining video content that will keep the viewers engaged.
-Some design work needed for website, merch, etc.
-Come up with creative ideas for content
-Need someone who can speak and write Spanish as I upload Spanish and English content
-Fluent in English and Spanish and have great communication skills
