Looking for a Illustrator / Vector Artist ( Custom Website Graphics, Custom Icons, Vectors Drawings, Logos, etc)

I'm looking for a talented creative Illustrator / Vector Artist to assist me with my growing Digital Marketing Agency in Florida, USA.

Most of the work will be quick images to be used in Digital Marketing like Facebook Ads or Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info Display Banner Ads. There will also be custom drawing / sketch work like creating custom web graphics, custom icons, custom images, etc for our Website Development clients.

You will need to be able to sketch custom drawings and illustrate them in Vector format. This isn't just photo editing, it will require custom illustrations and art.

You will work directly under me (Director of Marketing) as my main Graphic Designer. I will provide some direction and you will be expected to complete various tasks creatively, effectively, and efficiently. I'm looking for someone long term to help me with all my client's graphic design needs and basically take care of everything creative / graphic design.

I'd like to start off at your absolute minimum hourly rate. Please include your minimum hourly starting rates in your application. Then, once I know that you can do the work and I'm comfortable you're a good fit for the agency, we will be able to give you regular hourly raise increases. Please also include your ideal hourly rates in your application.

This job will require excellent graphic design and creative skills, however it won't be client facing, you will only communicate with me so if you don't have perfect spoken or written English, that's not a huge issue. You will have a list of tasks in ASANA and you will use screen/time monitoring software while you are working each day to make sure everyone stays on task and is productive.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create custom Graphic Design work for Digital Marketing Clients
- Upgrade to see actual info images to fit Facebook / AdWords image sizing requirements
- Create Ad Creative for small business clients for AdWords Banner Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads
- Design custom Website Icons and Website Graphics for website development clients
- Create attractive website banners, explanation images, etc

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
- Attention to detail, you will double and triple check your own work and must have 0 silly mistakes
- Experience managing and creating graphic content for clients
- Quick learner who requires minimal instruction and is able to complete tasks quickly
- Comprehensive understanding of Photoshop and other graphic design softwares
- Comprehensive understanding of Banner Ads, Facebook Marketing Ad Creative, Google Banner Ad Creative, Instagram Ad Creative, etc
