Metrics Recruitment is looking to fill a full-time Recruitment Assistant to help us search for and reach out to talented professionals via LinkedIn. We are located in Vancouver, Canada but search all over North America.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work closely with our Recruiters to understand what type of candidates we are searching for.
- Actively hunt for top talent through strategic sourcing methods and relationship building.
- Understanding how to use LinkedIn is very important as it is our primary search tool.
- Perform detailed market and industry research.
- Create customized job postings.
- Document entire recruitment cycle through our dedicated candidate tracking system.
- Schedule and coordinate interview times.
