We are looking for a super-star employee to work with us long term. A super-star employee is able to follow directions easily, but more importantly a super-star employee is able to complete the task even when we didn't provide detailed instructions.

The Amazon Marketing Specialist’s main responsibility is for growing and managing a portfolio of our in-house brand products on Amazon. They will be responsible for keeping up-to-date with the market and adjust the business approach to remain competitive on Amazon. This includes managing GWA Auto Parts various Amazon-based product listings and feeds, managing Amazon FBA, Multi-Channel and SFP inventories as well as any other tasks related to managing the marketplace business.

• Manage the Amazon-based GWA’s product catalog including feeds and product listings.
• Optimize listings for GWA’s products per Amazon SEO best practices.
• Monitor competitors and adjust approach to ensure GWA’s position as a category leader.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels in all applicable Amazon marketplaces.
• Manage reporting to keep track of appropriate KPIs and sales data.
• Monitor Amazon account health and metrics; proactively alert team for issues and resolve as appropriate.
• Participate as required as support on any projects requiring Amazon Marketplace participation (e.g. ERP to Amazon integrations).
• Monitor efforts of Customer Support Team to respond to customer feedback (transactional feedback and product reviews).
• Maintain awareness of best practices for Amazon sellers.
• Act in all capacity’s as GWA’s Brand Manager on the Amazon platform.
• Monitor and manage other appropriate marketplace environments (e.g. Ebay) as required.
• Work collaboratively with marketing team to define new Internet marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities;
• Assist with new product launches; Analyze and report progress against campaign goals; Oversee and optimize new product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, affect algorithms, and product search rankings; Analyze reports for different platforms, present findings and recommendations for areas of growth; Generate weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue and margin tracking, and other paid search initiatives.

Job Requirements:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• We don’t require college graduates
• Ability to work both independently and with teams
• Experience of managing an Amazon Marketplace account.
• Exposure or experience with Amazon paid ads services.
• Well versed in working with Amazon media (AMG and AMS) and merchant teams.
• Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central experience preferred.
