WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a trained and experienced mental health professional, e.g psychologist or psychotherapist to be Talkcircle’s Community Manager to work remotely.

Your primary responsibility as a community manager will be to understand our clients needs and to help match them with our therapists on Talkcircle.

We expect our community manager to have a passion for helping people, to give our clients a warm welcome, provide them with some initial comfort, confirmation of good behavior and practical information about our services.

Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 10:00pm - 4:00am MNL
Fridays and Saturdays: 10:00pm - 4:00am MNL
Sundays: 10:00pm - 4:00am MNL

PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication and management of new and existing client and therapists
Ability to research articles on psychology & post to social media, Facebook and Twitter

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum of 2-3 years full time or equivalent experience as a licensed mental health professional.
Excellent written English communication and interpersonal skills
In depth knowledge of current psychology practises and techniques
The willingness to help people and have a can do attitude and team spirit.
A High level of self motivation & drive

HELPING CUSTOMERS
The job is to manage enquiries from incoming clients and help convert them into customers using Talkcircle’s live chat interface. Clients will be reaching out for help and require your assistance to point them in the right direction to get the therapy they need. You will also aid existing customers with general questions about the site when required.

THERAPIST RECRUITMENT & MANAGEMENT
You will be required to help find and recruit new therapists for the platform. This will involve searching international databases and email communication with new therapists. You will also have to manage and communicate with therapists that are a part of the Talkcircle family, fielding questions and general enquiries.

MAINTENANCE AND FEEDBACK
You will need to maintain our email database / mailer of clients and therapists. You will also send out feedback forms to clients and therapists to help improve our site. Also maintain email communication with clients and therapists when required.

REPORTING & COMMUNICATION
All Talkcircle employees communicate with the management team using the following platforms:
Through the Talkcircle platform
Project Management with Asana
Written communication via Email & Slack & Talkcircle portal
Virtual meetings via Skype / TC twice a week
Work tracking with Hubstaff
Monthly report of new therapists & clients and social audience

SOCIAL MEDIA & EMAIL [Optional]
There will also be a social media element to the role, whereby you need to research relative psychology articles and plan weekly posts to our facebook page along with new therapists announcements.
