Web Designer, Blogger,

I am looking for a web designer. The candidate must be able to create the look, layout and features of my website. They need to be able to load various offers on the site and that needs direct to my affiliate offers. The person also needs to maintain the website. Once my website is created, I will need the designer to manage the subscribers to the web site. The candidate Must be an experienced Web Designer & Blogger.
(preferred candidate should be familiar with SEO / optimization / Amazon FBA / E-mail marketing content e-mails / perhaps have copy write experience).
