MEDICAL CLINIC RN VIRTUAL ASSISTANT - REGISTERED NURSE ONLY

We are a medical clinic in the US looking to hire a full time VA (virtual assistant). Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

** Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)**
** Must be available via Skype with clinic staff full time, 40 hours a week, U.S. weekdays from 10AM to 6PM US Pacific Time. Please do not apply if you plan to work on other commitments during that time.
** Excellent error-free English verbal and writing skills.
** Willing to learn and receive constructive criticism for the greater good. Just as with any other full time job, your performance will be evaluated routinely.
** Minimum 3 mbps internet speed. Windows 7 or newer with Office installed.
** Possess great communication skills.
** Be ready to receive payments through PayPal as that is the only payment method we use.

Job description: Receive calls, check voicemails, return missed calls, check virtual fax, etc. Completion of clinical forms and working directly within our EHR (electronic health records) software. Once the training on the basic things are completed your tasks will also include peer review tasks and summarizing medical records. All training will be provided upon hiring.

Lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. Also off on all major U.S. holidays. Great potential for raises and promotion depending on quality of work, budget, and job performance.
