managing my kindle books

I need someone who will be able to manage my kindle books on kindle store.

the mission is to list many kindle books as can to amazon kindle store, and manage everything needed to make this happen

this work include:
- finding good and high valuable writers who can write my books and dealing with them until books are acomplished
- searching for designers and dealing with the best of them for getting book covers done
- uploading them to the kdp account, and taking care of full listing products
- doing research for keywords based on topics
- finding more new niches based on requirements i will provide
- and some more interesting work

requirements:
- really good english for reading a lot of content and checking quality of writing
- having a good sense for finding freelancers for different types of work
- well knowing with different kind of websites: amazon, kindle store, fiverr, upwork, kdp, slack, hubstaff and some more...
- fast learning
- be creative about the way of working

the work will start with 4 hours a day, 5 days a week and based on performance we may will need a full time work in the future.

you will get:
- 200$/month salary
- learning all the stuff you don't know yet (i still expect you to know at least 60% of this knowledge yourself)
- my full support for anything you will need to get job done


i will not accept anyone who will just apply for this work, only who will be serious for this work, for first step i will accept for interview only someone who will send me some few words about himself recorded on a video with a youtube link.
