ABOUT THE JOB: We are a growing company and therefore, this position will likely evolve over time. However, for now, we have PERMANENT, FULL-TIME positions available (pending completion of a 90-day probationary period) to help us run software that generates a spreadsheet of results, find contact information from websites, and send large quantities of
NECESSARY SKILLS: We will provide all the job-specific training materials you will need and all the templates for all
NECESSARY EQUIPMENT: You must have a computer that is less than 5 years old running Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit) or newer or Apple MacOS 10.11 or newer. The computer must have 4GB or more of RAM, a 2.8GHz or faster processor, and at least 30GB of free disk space. Ideal candidates will have 8GB or more of RAM, a 3.0GHz or faster processor, and a graphics processor separate from the motherboard (i.e. a video card such as a Radeon or nVidia). You must have internet access that is at least 5 Mbps upstream and downstream. It would be helpful to have two or more monitors, but it isn't required. It will also be helpful if you have multiple computers that meet the above requirements, but again, it is not required.
EDUCATION: A high school (12th grade) diploma or higher.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD: The first 90 days are considered a probationary period where we will evaluate your performance, make modifications, and provide feedback. Upon completion of the 90 days, we will either terminate the relationship or transition you to a permanent employee.
WAGE: This position pays $2.00 USD per hour during the probationary period. If retained and made a permanent Team Member, you would receive a raise of $0.50/hour. Subsequent raises would be annually and are performance-based as measured against certain Key Performance Indicators. Our pay schedule is twice-a-month on the 16th and 31st via PayPal (or Remitly as a backup if needed).
BENEFITS: All permanent, full-time Team Members who have been with the company for at least 6 months are awarded 10 days of paid vacation time, 10 days of unpaid sick leave, 12 weeks of maternity/paternity leave, and paid birthdays off. Additionally, our company is closed for all United States holidays that are recognized by the Federal government and all company Team Members, regardless of location, are given those days off. Team Members residing outside of the United States are also given their local national holidays off. For all international permanent full-time Team Members who have been with the company for at least 6 months, we are currently exploring the possibility of adding benefits such as health insurance, long-term disability insurance, retirement contributions, sales commissions, and profit sharing. (More information about these benefits will be posted on the company bulletin board as they develop.) We also have other smaller benefits already in place, such as book purchases and e-learning courses.
SCHEDULE: We have worked in the past with VAs from the Philippines. We offer flexible scheduling. We are located in the US (Central Time), but you will very rarely need to be available outside of your normal business hours. All we ask is that you average 8 hours per day for a total of 40-hours per week. When you work and how you break up your work schedule is up to you.
