Virtual Assistant for SEO, Link Building, & Lead Generation

I need somebody who is enthusiastic, self motivated, and conscientious. An online virtual assistant that is versatile and that can complete a range of tasks is preferred. Experience in SEO and lead generation is essential. Good knowledge of the English language, with the ability to write well is preferred.

Initially, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Link & Citation Building: You will be provided with a list of URLs/domains that I would like you to acquire links and citations from. Your job will be to signup to the site, verify the email address from the signup, and then post citation and/or backlink to each designated client site.

- Article Submissions: I require you to submit information for my article writers each month in my article writing service account. Instructions will be provided to the successful candidate. As I already have a service in place that writes articles that I need, I won't need you to write articles for me; however, if you are confident you can match the quality then I am happy to use you for article writing too.

- Content Addition to Sites: With some projects, I may need you to login to the sites and submit articles on a regular basis - i.e weekly or monthly.

- Keyword Research: I may need you to conduct keyword research on a regular basis - primarily for new projects and clients.

- Website Improvement recommendations: Using you skill set and knowledge, I will need you to write and prepare a report providing me with a set of recommendations to ensure that the client site operates as effectively and efficiently as possible. You can test for site errors, site speed, colour schemes etc, and then suggest recommendations. You will then write and submit the report to me and I will send the report to the client. Lead generation suggestions here are also important: any ideas regarding how a particular client/website can generate more inquiries and/or leads will be helpful. Any implementation to fix website issues will be provided by a member of their development team.

- Onpage SEO Recommendations and/or implementation: I will need you to review the client website and made recommendations to optimise for SEO. You will then have to prepare a report and then send it to me, and I will then send it to the client. The client may agree for the implementation, in which case you will have to make the changes yourself; alternatively, and this is more likely, they may have somebody in-house to complete the changes directly.

- Lead Generation for My Business: I will need you to generate new ideas for the purposes of lead generation for my online marketing business - and then implement them to acquire additional SEO clients for myself. You can prepare reports and material for me and then we can then discuss. You can then try and test your suggested methods to see what works.

- Report Generation: I will need you prepare and email me reports at the end of each calendar month for my clients. These will include Google ranking reports, Google Analytics Reports, and Google Search Console Reports

- Wordpress Updates/Monitoring: I will need the successful candidate to monitor my network or blogs. This will involve performing updates - i.e plugin and security - on a regular basis, when required. You will also need to ensure that the blogs remain online by doing tests on a regular basis (weekly); you can then email me the ones that are offline so I can get them up and running asap. You will also have to monitor for hacking etc.
