I Need someone who speaks Great English and very good with talking to people. While being Friendly, charming, sincere, and selfless. The job consists of condensing a list based on certain factors. Then calling that list asking if they would be interested in selling their home. The number you would be using is my Skype phone number which is then connected to my google voice number. Therefore no extra charge to you and its very important that the sellers assume you are American. So the good English part is very important. The local Skype phone number is perfect since that is the number they will see. If your Skype and computer savvy that is also a plus. You also will be receiving calls from other marketing sources of mine. When you get a call or make a call you will also be in charge of writing down very detailed notes of the conversation. I will conduct the training so do not worry about being perfect at first. The part time may switch to full time very soon if not immediately depending on how well you do. If you turn out to be really good at this position i wont hesitate to give you bonuses. And if you turn out to be awesome i will consider promoting you to manage other VA's when i need to bring on more people.
